My name is Charmaine Scott (Miss Charmaine). I grew up in Pretoria, South Africa and moved to California in 1998 after I got married. I started out teaching preschool and gradually worked my way up to elementary school. After my first year as a Teaching Assistant, I decided to obtain my teaching credential and come back as a full-time teacher. This will be my 21st year at CMP. I have two boys (21 and 17) who both graduated from CMP. I am excited to be in Apple class and share my love for Montessori with each of the students.
